Welcome to See & Stroll. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Products

All See & Stroll quests are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Upon purchase, you receive instant access to downloadable content designed for self-guided walking adventures in Whistler, British Columbia.

Because products are delivered digitally, all sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your quest, please contact us at hello@seeandstroll.com and we will assist you.

3. Assumption of Risk

See & Stroll quests are self-guided outdoor walking activities.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Routes may include stairs and uneven pathways
• Routes are not stroller friendly
• Weather conditions may vary
• Public spaces may present normal pedestrian risks

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

See & Stroll is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage sustained during participation.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.

4. Business Partnerships

Sticker rewards or prizes may be collected from participating local businesses.

See & Stroll is not responsible for business hours, availability, or changes made by partner businesses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, clues, branding, design, and layout, is the intellectual property of See & Stroll.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, copy, or share our content without written permission.

Purchases are for personal use only.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
