All See & Stroll quests are digital downloads delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for individual or family use only.

2. Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided once access has been granted.

See & Stroll quests are self-guided outdoor walking activities.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Routes may include stairs and uneven pathways
• Activities take place in public spaces
• Weather and environmental conditions may vary
• Participation is voluntary

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.

See & Stroll is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or accidents occurring during participation.

4. Business Partnerships

Sticker rewards or prize redemptions may involve third-party local businesses.

See & Stroll is not responsible for business hours, closures, or changes made by partner businesses.

5. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, logos, branding, clues, and materials, is the intellectual property of See & Stroll.
